A good waterseal and insulated solution for busbar and terminal connection.

1. Use cleaning paper to wipe the parts that need waterproof protection, such as busbars and lugs.

2. Wrap spacer tape around metal parts that need to be waterproof.

3. 50% lap wrap wraps three layers of KC68 transparent PVC tape to form the shell of the soft pack.

4. Mix the two-component cast resin.

5. Pour cast resin into the shell of the soft pack, and the height should be more than 5cm above the upper line of the metal part of the lugs.

6. Wait for the cast resin to cure completely.
